Merthyr Rd UC participates in the Containers for Change scheme to raise funds which enable us to support homeless people and community support services in the New Farm area.

We have a Containers for Change bin in our courtyard to receive empty bottles and cans, or you can drop bags of bottles off at church. You also can take your empties to a Containers for Change depot and nominate us as the beneficiary – our scheme ID is Merthyr Road Uniting Church, C11329581. Thank-you!
