Only around 1 in 10 Australians over the age of 50 exercises enough to gain any cardiovascular benefit. The human body responds to exercise, no matter what the age and there are many health benefits.
As we explore these benefits, gentle, practical exercises will be demonstrated and anyone interested is invited to participate.
